While typical dietary fibers sequester dietary fat in an approximate 1:1 ratio, in the laboratory, FBCx® has demonstrated an impressive fat-complexing capability of 1:9. The FBCx®fat complex passes through the digestive tract without being absorbed and is metabolized and eliminated without unpleasant side effects. Lipid Ease assists in supporting normal blood lipids. Lipid Ease can also help to manage weight by reducing the absorption of dietary fat when combined with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Frequently Asked Questions:-

  • What is Lipid Ease?

Lipid Ease is a dietary supplement containing a soluble fiber called alpha-cyclodextrin, in a patented form known as FBCx®. Clinical studies show that Lipid Ease assists in supporting healthy cholesterol and triglyceride metabolism and helps to manage weight by reducing the absorption of dietary fat when combined with a healthy diet and exercise program.†

  • Does Lipid Ease treat all fats equally?

Animal studies suggest Lipid Ease may have a greater sequestering affinity for saturated fats and trans fatty acids. In one human study, it had no effect on serum vitamin D3 levels. Although it has not been shown to interfere with beneficial fats, it is recommended that Lipid Ease be taken away from fat-soluble vitamins (vitamins A, D, E, and K) and other beneficial fat-soluble nutrients, such as CoQ10 or fish oil.

  • Does diet need to be altered when taking Lipid Ease?

Lipid Ease can be safely added to a balanced and nutritious diet. Two tablets of Lipid Ease may be taken with meals or snacks 3 times per day. Combine Lipid Ease with a healthy diet and exercise program.

  • What are the health benefits of Lipid Ease other than weight management?

By inhibiting dietary fat absorption, Lipid Ease can support healthy triglyceride and cholesterol metabolism and the rise of serum triglycerides after meals.†

  • What is the suggested use for Lipid Ease?

Adults take 2 tablets with meals or snacks 3 times per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. Ensure adequate intake of water when taking Lipid Ease. The best supportive results will be observed when Lipid Ease is combined with a healthy diet and exercise program.

  • Does Lipid Ease contain allergens?

Lipid Ease is free of milk, casein, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, gluten, yeast, and soy and does not contain artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

  • Does Lipid Ease contain stimulants?

No, Lipid Ease does not contain caffeine or any other stimulants.

  • Should a high-fiber diet be avoided while taking Lipid Ease?

There is no need to avoid a high-fiber diet while using Lipid Ease. Lipid Ease with FBCx® may be counted as part of your daily fiber intake. Each serving contains 2 grams of fiber.

  • Has Lipid Ease been approved by the FDA?

Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA. However, the FDA does recognize some substances as being GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe). FBCx® alpha-cyclodextrin, the fiber ingredient in Lipid Ease, has a GRAS designation up to the recommended daily dosage of 6 tablets.

  • How are the benefits of Lipid Ease verified?

FBCx® was patented by two professors from the Department of Nutrition and Food Science and Department of Pathology of Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Laboratory research identified that 1 gram of FBCx® sequesters and eliminates approximately 9 grams of dietary fat. Animal research showed the beneficial effects of FBCx® on body weight management. These beneficial effects were later verified in clinical trials with healthy adults.
